Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Zera Align. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing your phone number and verifying it via OTP. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Service

Zera Align provides project management, lead management, and attendance tracking tools for businesses. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data, files, and content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of any third party.

5. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Integration

If you choose to connect your Meta account, the following additional terms apply:

• You authorize us to access your Facebook Pages and Lead Ad data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to share lead data from your Facebook Pages.
• We store Meta access tokens using AES-256-GCM encryption and only use them to provide the lead import functionality.
• You may disconnect your Meta account at any time from the Settings screen, which will revoke our access and delete stored tokens.
• Our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

6. Company Accounts and Team Members

If you create or manage a company account:

• You are responsible for all team members you invite and their use of the Service.
• Company owners and admins have access to manage projects, leads, and team attendance.
• Data created within a company account (projects, leads, attendance records) is accessible to authorized team members as configured by the admin.
• Removing a team member revokes their access to the company's data.

7. Attendance and Location Data

The attendance feature uses your device's location to verify check-in. Location data is collected only when you explicitly check in or check out and is used solely for attendance verification. You may disable location permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may limit attendance functionality.

8. Call Detection

Zera Align includes a call detection feature that monitors phone call events to help capture leads after business calls. This feature requires phone state and call log permissions. Call detection runs as a background service and can be disabled from the app settings. We do not record call audio -we only detect call events (start, end, caller number) to prompt lead capture.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Zera Align and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep Zera Align available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked immediately.
• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Data you contributed to shared company projects may be retained for other team members.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zera Align shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within the app or updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
